WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking an exceptional Expert Apparel Graphic Designer who combines creativity, problem-solving skills, and experience to help shape the future of our brand. In this role, you will leverage your design expertise to craft original, fashion-forward designs that balance the duality between sport and fashion. You will challenge conventional approaches, seeking innovative ways to merge these worlds and disrupt traditional design methods. As a collaborative partner in a cross-functional environment, you will work to align business priorities with creative vision. You’ll serve as a bridge between our brand’s identity and external collaborators, translating their visions while ensuring alignment with our direction. This role requires a forward-thinking designer who is passionate about storytelling, adaptable to a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape, and skilled in negotiation and collaboration.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

As the Expert Apparel Graphic Designer, you will work under the guidance of the Design Director to translate the apparel vision into reality. You’ll craft holistic narratives and create compelling stories that bring collections to life, working closely with Design Leadership and cross-functional category teams. The role also involves managing timelines, collaborating with external partners, and navigating from concept to execution. This opportunity is both ambitious and rewarding, with a broad range of responsibilities that span from ideation to partnership management.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams, including Apparel Design, Footwear Design, Product Management, and Development teams. Together, you will bring seasonal creative direction to life through innovative apparel graphic design.

WHAT YOU BRING

•Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•8+ years' experience of graphic design, preferably in Apparel product creation or in an agency

•Passion and understanding of current and emerging design trends, as well as visual culture.

•Ability to translate consumer knowledge and insights into product solutions and narratives.

•Strong Adobe CC skills (Illustrator & Photoshop) and comfortable working within new digital spaces.

•Passion for fashion, design craft, innovation, graphic applications, prints, processes and tools.

•Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills and digital media.

•Knowledge of repeat pattern creation, printing techniques specific to textiles, understanding how designs will translate from digital to physical

•Knowledge of apparel product creation and basic knowledge of garment construction

•Positive personality and energy.

•Contribute and align to shared team culture and behaviors.
