Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Document Control Specialist to join our team in Beaverton, OR. In this role, you will be responsible for sorting, opening, and organizing incoming mail while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. This is a physically demanding position that requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sorting, opening, and organizing all incoming mail

  • Ensuring strong attention to detail in all tasks

  • Transcribing, keying, and reviewing data

  • Ensuring data accuracy and proficiency in data entry

  • Double-checking work at each step and updating inaccuracies

  • Adapting quickly to new tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Standing or sitting for long periods

  • Lifting up to 25 lbs

Must-Have Requirements

  • 1+ years of data entry experience preferred

  • High school diploma required

  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute

  • Ability to retain shortcuts and abbreviations

  • Self-monitoring skills

  • Physical stamina for long periods of sitting or standing

Preferred Requirements

  1. Experience in sorting and organizing documents

  2. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Position Parameters

Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)

Pay Rate: $ 17.00/HR

Assignment Length: 4 Months

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM PST

Training Schedule: On-the-job training

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
