Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to promote our products and services, engage with customers, and drive sales. Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential or existing customers by making outbound calls according to a provided script or guideline.

• Explain and promote the company's products or services, addressing customer questions and highlighting key benefits.

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets as set by the management.

• Adhere to call scripts and procedures to ensure a consistent message is delivered to customers.

• Set up and manage follow-up calls or appointments with potential customers as needed.

• Manage rejections professionally and maintain a positive attitude throughout the calling process.
