The nature of the work is focused on analyzing, designing, and implementing effective systems to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. A leading global footwear & reatil company is looking for a Business Systems Analyst who will:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements.

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand user needs and system functionalities.

  • Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications.

  • Work closely with development teams to design solutions that meet business objectives and align with technology standards.

  • Develop comprehensive process maps and workflows to visualize current and future states.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

  • Analyze data requirements and structures, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

  • Collaborate with database architects and data analysts to optimize data-related processes.

  • Develop test plans and scenarios to validate system functionality against business requirements.

  • Collaborate with quality assurance teams to conduct thorough testing and ensure the successful implementation of systems.

  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams.

  • Communicate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress.

  • Facilitate change management processes, including user training and documentation.

  • Ensure smooth transitions for end-users when implementing new systems or enhancements.

  • Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
