Description We are looking to onboard a Contracts Manager in our Hi Tech Engineering sector located in Beavercreek, Ohio. This role involves managing various aspects of contract administration and negotiation, with a focus on federal contracts, grants, and subcontracts. It is a short term contract employment opportunity that necessitates independent judgment and the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve significant issues.

Responsibilities:

• Administering contracts from initiation to completion.

• Negotiating contract terms and pricing.

• Overseeing procurement-related activities.

• Ensuring compliance with government grants.

• Conducting audits to ensure contract compliance.

• Managing contract amendments as necessary.

• Utilizing business systems for contract management.

• Handling day-to-day contract administration tasks.

• Reporting to the Director of Contracts.

• Leveraging Adobe Acrobat and Avaya CMS tools in contract management. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Contracts Manager role within the Hi Tech Engineering industry

• Proficient in Adobe Acrobat

• Familiarity with Avaya CMS

• Strong understanding of business systems

• Ability to handle amendments professionally

• Proven experience in auditing

• Skilled in contract administration

• Expertise in contract negotiation

• Knowledgeable in contract pricing

• Experience with government grants
