JOB REQUIREMENTS: Clinical Operations Assistant Pediatrics - 33515 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, day shift. Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, with a 1 hour lunch break. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We are seeking a Clinical Operations Assistant to: * Assist with daily staffing schedules and weekly/monthly float requests including sick-call coverage and communicating with float pool for weekly coverage needs. * Schedule staff and provider meetings, create agendas and materials, take meeting minutes. * Review and prepare time cards weekly and biweekly. * Reconcile invoices and order supplies.
