We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Industrial Refinery Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will assist in various tasks related to construction, maintenance, and general labor, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site. Pay will be $18.00-$20.00 per hour DOE

Duties

• Perform manual labor tasks associated with many facets of the plant operations or construction job site
• Loading and unloading materials, tools, and supplies for job site preparation Supplying or holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment
• Use hand tools and power tools to break up and chip concrete Dig footings with hand tools and strip concrete forms
• Use tools to dig trenches, compact earth, and back fill holes.
• Pick up debris and concrete materials to carry to disposal bins Other labor duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must have a valid TWIC and Basic Plus Safety Card and valid driver license
• Must be able to pass DISA drug test
• Must be clean shaven and pass PFT fit test for use of full face respirator
• Must complete scaffold training, fire watch, and confined space course
• Must complete on site specific training
• Must have at least 1 year of verifiable work experience in a refinery
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions included hot and humid weather and cold and wet conditions
• Prolonged standing, pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, reaching overhead, kneeling, climbing, and walking
• Must be able to lift 50 to 75 pounds
• Concrete chipping experience a plus
• Required PPE includes hard hat, safety classes, gloves, ear plugs, and mandatory steal toed boots
