Front Desk Attendant - Beaumont, TX

Part-time, 8 hrs/wk

HealthFitness is looking for a Front Desk Attendant to join the team at our St. Elizabeth client site in Beaumont, Texas. In this position, you will greet, check-in and assist customers; provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide program information.

  • Schedule and take payment for programs.

  • Must participate in internal programs and special events.

  • Wash and fold towels.

  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you'll need to have

  • Must be at least 16 years old.

  • Previous customer service experience a plus.

  • Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including, but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

The pay rate for this position is $8.50/hour.
