Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Beaumont, California. The role is primarily in the service industry and will involve various administrative tasks including data entry, document scanning, and proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel. The work will be conducted in a traditional office environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently perform data entry tasks.

• Assist with answering phones and handling basic inquiries.

• Operate office equipment such as printers and scanners proficiently.

• Demonstrate strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Maintain exceptional attention to detail in all assigned tasks.

• File and organize documents in an orderly manner.

• Assist in resolving any administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.

• Contribute to the team by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories, and evaluating new equipment and techniques.

• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies. Requirements • Minimum of two years experience in a similar administrative assistant role within the service industry.

• Proficient in data entry tasks with a strong attention to detail.

• Demonstrated ability to scan and file documents in an organized manner.

• Proven ability to work with Microsoft Word and Excel for various administrative tasks.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members and clients.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.
