Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a warm smile as they enter our office

• Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and always maintain a high level of professionalism

• Schedule appointments and manage our team's calendar

• Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer

• Assist clients with billing inquiries

• Keep our front lobby tidy and inviting

• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Ideal Candidate:

• Mature candidate with extensive customer service experience

• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in handling multi-line phone systems

• Experienced in cash handling and balancing

• Possesses a natural flair for southern hospitality

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Comfortable with basic computer operations

• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

• Able to analyze customer behavior and preferences
