Duties & Responsibilities: Greets all patients into the hospital following the department's policies and procedures.

  Checks to make sure that patient has physician's order, insurance card(s) and picture identification.

  Demonstrates respect and cooperation in all staff relationships, and a genuine willingness to prevent or resolve inter-personal conflicts.

  Responds appropriately to questions received from the client and uses communication techniques to ascertain that the client understands instructions.

  Adapts behavior to the specific patient population, including but not limited to respect for privacy, method of introduction to the patient, adapting explanation of services or procedures to be performed, requesting permissions and communication style.

: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 1-3 years of credit analysis experience and working with Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers. Successful completion of formal commercial credit training program is preferred. Experience assisting Senior Bank Officers with a variety of low to intermediate level credits. Basic knowledge of commercial and retail lending services, documentation, underwriting and regulatory guidelines. Requisite understanding of financial ratios and business principles. Knowledge of credit analysis and lending functions. Working knowledge of all bank products and services. Ability to use sound logic to solve problems with effective solutions. Ability to interpret personal and business tax returns and financial statements. Ability to calculate financial ratios and apply basic business principles.
