We're seeking a compassionate Hospice Registered Nurse to join their care team in Bay City, MI. The ideal candidate will have an RN license, an Associate degree or higher, and at least two years of RN experience.

• Schedule and Shift Details: Minimum of 4 shifts per month, 1 weekend per month commitment Sat & Sunday 8a-5p and 2 other shifts during the month 9a-6p 

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate to manage and deliver patient care plans
• Support patients in Bay City, MI, and surrounding areas

What You'll Need:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in the state of Michigan (MI)
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Valid driver's license (expect to drive 20% of the time)
• Strong time management and charting skills
• Comfort with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software
• 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Other EMR
  • TruChart EHR
• ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications:
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
  • American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
