Are you ready to elevate your career in procurement? As a Procurement Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of a dynamic, fast-paced team, bridging the gap between our Manufacturing Facilities and Material Supply base to ensure seamless End-to-End Supply Chain success. You’ll also collaborate with the broader procurement team on contract management and other critical processes to drive our success.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team, drive significant improvements in procurement processes, and build strong relationships with key suppliers. Additionally, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain, making a tangible difference in the success of our manufacturing facilities.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and Lead— Develop and lead a team of Procurement Operations Coordinators, providing mentorship and support to ensure their growth and success.

• Optimize Procurement Processes- Identify and implement improvements to procurement processes and systems, driving efficiencies and cost reduction opportunities.

• Build Strategic Relationships- Cultivate strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the success of the entire Kellanova operations team.

• Collaborate Across Teams- Work closely with plant teams and various corporate levels to ensure the timely delivery of critical materials to each location.

  We’re Looking for Someone With

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Direct Procurement Categories.

• Manufacturing location and/or materials management experience.

• Previous people management experience.
