As the Director of Finance – Investor Relations you will play a critical role in shaping WK Kellogg’s financial narrative and enhancing stakeholder engagement. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of investor relations, ensuring effective communication with investors and compliance with regulatory requirements, while providing insights into market trends and competitor performance.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Investor Relations Management - Develop and execute a comprehensive investor outreach strategy; Participate in creation and management of earnings release content while overseeing the preparation and logistics of earnings release events; Vendor management; Enhance stakeholder engagement through the Investor Relations website; and Manage shareowner services for individual shareholders.

  • Stakeholder Engagement - Conduct regular outreach to investors, analysts, and institutional shareholders to address inquiries and provide updates on financial performance and corporate strategy; Serve as the primary point of contact for investors; Effectively convey key messages and interpreting questions received into actional insights.

  • Insights & Analysis - Leveraging the financial planning process and qualitative evidence, plans and storylines from business unit leaders - provide insights that inform strategic decision-making and enhance shareholder value.; Lead competitor analysis and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.

  • Regulatory Compliance - Ensure compliance with SEC disclosure requirements and other regulatory obligations, maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and transparency in all communications; Collaborate with Corporate Controller Group, Legal, and Corporate Communications and align on SEC and ESG topics.

    YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field with 8 or more years of relevant experience in finance or investor relations.

  • Proven experience in financial planning, SEC regulations, mergers, acquisitions, and transformation projects.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly.
