WK Kellogg is seeking a Consumer Affairs Specialist who will a ct as the liaison to front-line reps or personally respond to difficult or sensitive consumer issues. The specialist will s ort and reallocate customer and consumer tasks/email queues/inboxes. They will manage lab analysis, sample retrievals, documentation, and retrieval on routine, serious quality issues and/or product liability claims. They will review consumer contact data, identify and correct errors to ensure data quality.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Contact Management – You will manage daily retrieval, review, filtering, and processing of incoming mail. You will oversee tasks/email queues/inboxes daily and determines best way to resolve escalated contacts to meet department goals. You will facilitate resolution for urgent or irate consumers, including issues escalated by contact center such as injuries, illnesses, foreign material, infestation, allergic reactions, and difficult nutrition questions or complaints. You will review & correct critical data elements for consumer contacts, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.

• Consumer Lab Sample Processing - You will Process and retrieve quality and claim samples through inspection, chemistry lab submissions, accurate identification, documentation, and retention.

• Consumer Process Support – You may run reports to monitor current issues and determine adjustment to responses. You may update knowledge base articles, manage claim documentation disposal per retention policy. You may assist managers with mailings and care package requests as well provide support for recalls

• High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 2+ years relevant experience in consumer service.

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Ability support and manage multiple projects with and strong eye for detail

• Ability so support and interact with others.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites

• Proficiency with the use of excel.

  Salary Range: $60,788 - $83,583
