Senior R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor

As a Senior R&O Maintenance Analyst Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will hold a key leadership position overseeing the maintenance operations and planning activities for our organization. You will be accountable for guiding a team of maintenance analysts, ensuring accurate data analysis, and providing strategic insights to optimize maintenance operations. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will develop and implement maintenance planning strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will report directly to our Maintenance Manager and you’ll work out of our Baton Rouge LA On-site work schedule.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the overall maintenance operations of our organization. Your guidance and strategic insights will drive data-driven decision-making, resulting in optimized maintenance planning and improved operational efficiency. By developing and implementing maintenance planning strategies, you will ensure the timely execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime. Your ability to guide and mentor a team of maintenance analysts will contribute to their professional growth and the overall success of the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Guide and supervise a team of maintenance analysts, ensuring accurate data analysis and providing strategic insights.

• Develop and implement maintenance planning strategies to optimize maintenance operations and enhance efficiency.

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities and minimize downtime.

• Analyze maintenance data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

• Provide guidance and facilitate the professional growth and development of the maintenance analysts.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 10+ years in oil and gas or chemical engineer

• 2+ years with SAP experience

WE VALUE

• Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and tools.

• Six Sigma or Lean certification.

• Strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

• Strong experience in maintenance analysis and planning.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills.

API certification
