Job Description

The Operations Supervisor oversees the daily operations function related to utilities and design engineering. This role ensures efficient and safe operations, compliance with regulations, and effective management of personnel. The position involves supervising staff, monitoring performance, and contributing to process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Supervision and Leadership:

Supervise and monitor the activities of utilities and design engineering personnel.

Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements and service requirements.

Provide supervision and assistance to operators with any operational challenges.

Resolve or refer calls to the appropriate personnel.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).

Experience in utilities and design engineering operations.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Knowledge of local training programs and service areas. null
