Description

Robert Half has an opening for a Human Resources (HR) Assistant with our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The selected candidate will be a key part of the team, focusing on onboarding, employee benefits, and maintaining our ADP Workforce Now system. This is a short-term contract to full time employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the onboarding process of new employees

• Handle employee benefits administration

• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions

• Conduct background checks as part of the recruitment process

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our employees

• Utilize HRMS and other HR related software for efficient operations

• Perform auditing tasks as required

• Maintain a strong knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Leverage Ceridian for HR management tasks

• Use 'About Time' software for effective time management

Requirements

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services, an essential tool for managing financial transactions

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now, a comprehensive human capital management solution

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, a key networking technology

• Familiarity with Ceridian, a global human capital management software company

• Expertise in HRMS (Human Resource Management System), a crucial tool for managing employee data

• Proficiency in About Time, a software for efficient time tracking

• Ability to perform Auditing tasks, ensuring compliance and accuracy in HR processes

• Experience with conducting Background Checks, an important aspect of the recruitment process

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions, crucial for managing employee benefits

• Strong Customer Service skills, critical for addressing employee inquiries and concerns
