Job Description:

The Director of Intake and Marketing reports to the Administrator and is responsible for directing, implementing and coordinating the marketing, referral and intake process, assuring smooth and orderly admissions into the inpatient and outpatient facilities. The Director is responsible for promoting the hospital and supervising approximately 10 team members. This position requires an ability to multi-task and set the tone of compassion, efficiency, and a sense of urgency.

Essential Functions:

• Promote the organization's services by participating in community events and face to face meetings with hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers.
• Provide leadership to intake and marketing departments and cultivate as an integrated team.
• Interview and hire marketing and intake personnel, provide orientation and on-going training.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of the marketing plan.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports.
• Collaborate in the development of all marketing collateral including brochures, web site, and social media.

Education:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 5 years of experience in intake / marketing within the healthcare industry.

Experience:

Possess strong management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff, ensuring proper performance management to meet / exceed goals.
