MAPP Construction Commercial Construction Traveling Jobsite Superintendent in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

Duties Manage and control all jobsite activities in conjunction with the Project Manager, including safety, quality, and cost.

Provide leadership in relation to all activities that occur at the jobsite.

Have complete knowledge and understanding of general contract, each subcontract, the contract drawings, specifications, and to assist the project manager in the development of the onsite procedures.

Demonstrate construction managmeent experience and strong leadership skills. Requirements 5 to 7 years experience as a Traveling Commercial Construction Superintendent

Travel required

Experience as a commercial superintendent at a jobsite.

Ability to communicate with owner, vendors, and subcontractors in a professional efficient manner.

Ability to supervise ongoing construction project and deliver quality work within deadlines.
