Job Summary: Jagged Edges Salon is seeking a Salon Customer Service Representative to staff our front desk. Our salon is a very busy, high energy environment requiring someone that is friendly, efficient, self motivated and able to multitask.

Duties: - Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products and services - Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems - Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer -Handle phone calls and scheduling for guests - Keep a well-maintained front end retail and reception area

• Clerical duties including: running reports, maintaining documents and document creation as needed
• Assist with social media and promotional duties

Requirements: - Previous experience in customer service or retail sales preferred - Ability to sell products effectively and assisting stylists and salon in meeting sales and service goals - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating POS systems - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members

-Familiarity with the salon environment is preferred
