Responsibilities: Operate Printing Presses, including: Read and understand instructions on Job Tickets. Prepare materials and set up press. Calibrate for color matching (visual color matching is a critical skill). Maintain quality and color throughout press run, adjusting for issues as needed. Package/prepare job to move to next step in manufacturing. This position requires the candidate to be able to work in a team environment to achieve the daily production goals. The candidate must be able to work in a team-based, fast paced environment. Requirements: Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on mechanical equipment.
