Atlantic Health System Clinical Specialist, RN -Full Time, Private Care, Basking Ridge NJ in Basking Ridge, New Jersey

  • Provide Clinical support services to APCS clients

  • Monitor the policies and procedures necessary to maintain the standards required by accrediting bodies and/or licensing agencies.

  • Communicate with clients and families

  • Complete incident forms

  • Provide input into the development of the annual in-service program.

  • Participate in in-services throughout the year

  • Assist with private duty nursing (PDN) cases, as necessary.

  • Assist Scheduling Coordinators and HR Manager

  • Conduct Annual supervisions for CHHA team members and participate in counseling sessions

  • Conduct Chart audits as assigned

  • Maintain relationships clinical partners and providers

  • New Client field consultations for start of care

  • Support clients to cover field case managers

  • service recovery

  • Train agency staff on software computer programs and materials.

  • Mentor new field case managers.

  • Supervise CHHA team members complete annual evaluations

  • Monitor CHHA performance

  • Conduct Quality assurance audits

  • Act as clinical support resource to field staff nurses and visit as necessary

  • Support on call in accordance with the on-call schedule.

Internal Referral Bonus: Up to $5,000

Required:

Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Jersey

Valid NJ Driver's license

Preferred:

Experience with Private Duty Home Care

  • Good verbal and written communication skills required.

  • Good organizational and leadership skills required.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point, EMR Med sys
