We are currently seeking a Calibration Technician for an embedded role in Tupelo, MS

Job Description:

The Calibration Technician will be required to work daily at a facility in Tupelo, MS. calibrating a variety of test and measurement equipment. The Calibration Technician will work independently and with client representatives to coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly work activity. The Calibration Technician will have some administrative and data entry duties as well. Candidates will be required to travel to Bartlett, TN for an initial 2 week training.

Responsibilities:

· Calibration of mechanical measuring and test equipment

· Torque Wrench and Torque Transducer Calibration

· Pressure Gages and Pressure Transducers Calibration

· Basic mechanical and physical dimensional calibrations

· Update calibration software with calibration certificates and results of calibrations

· Set Monthly Calibration plans for scheduling and calibration.

· Provide quotes for new tools and equipment upon request and register into system after calibration.

· Provide and present weekly update equipment status reports.

· Coordinate with a 3rd party service provider if ATS Service is not available for certain tools or equipment.

Requirements:

· Commercial or Military experience will be considered.

· Position will require residency within commuting distance of Tupelo, MS.

· Candidate shall be able to work 40 plus hours per week to meet customer demands and schedule. Overtime and occasional weekend work required.

· Candidate shall be able to lift 50 pounds.

· Candidate shall have a clean driving record, background check, and drug screen.

· Candidate shall provide their own cell phone with data plan for connection to ATS email and multi-factor authentication.
