Job Summary:

Ability to make competent decisions while thinking of the customers and resorts interest at all times. Using skill-based knowledge to perform assigned tasks in a professional manner at all times with a constant focus on efficiency, productivity and quality of work. This position deals with many different departments and areas of the resort, therefore people skills are essential and communication is needed assets. The ability to plan ahead for task, good administration skills, and completing all tasks on time is required.

Job Specifications:

  • Expected Pay Range: $23.00 - $33.62 / hour

  • Shift Availability: Full Time, Year Round

  • Skill Level: Advanced

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assure that the integrity of the resort assets is maintained.

  • Implement and supervise preventative maintenance programs through the automated system.

  • Provide training to intermediate electrician and other maintenance staff as necessary.

  • Coordinate projects with contractors when required.

  • Order and maintainrequired parts for stock for critical equipment for assigned areas.

  • Follow all safety procedures and alert supervisor to any unsafe conditions that may exist.

  • Work with other departments and area managers as required pertaining to asset upkeep.

  • Require own hand tools and keeps them in a safe functional manner at all times.

  • Maintain job logs as required, manual or automated.

  • Function as a master level electrician:

  • Maintain a clean and organize work area. Work independently when required.

  • Apply for electrical permits as required by code, when and if possible.

  • Bide by all electrical codes, SDS, OSHA and ant other.

  • Become familiar with and abide by company core values.

  • Abide by all safety rule and regulations from corporate, State and Federal.

  • Other duties related to function and as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 4 years electrical trade school (Minimum Journeyman with 3 years’ experience).

  • 4 – 7 years residential with 2-3 years industrial wiring and switch gear.

  • Electrician license required. Clean valid driving license.

  • Microsoft Office experience necessary.

  • Read write and speak English Fluent.

  • Ability to read blue prints

The expected pay range is $23.00 - $33.62. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
