Job Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of raw and ground codes

2. Calculate and weight proper amount of each type of meat and seasonings per batch

3. Any other duties as assigned by the department supervisor

Minimum Qualifications

• Basic math skills

• Ability to keep accurate records

• Able to identify types of products

• Good communication skills

• Good work history

• PHYSICAL: No restrictions pushing 500-pound v-mags

• No restrictions prohibiting working in a 35-50 degree environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous related machine experience

• Working knowledge of Ground, Sausage, and Branded Retail
