Relevant education (a graduate degree in business or law preferred). Experience with labor relations/management and working with a unionized workforce. Significant knowledge of and experience in benefits administration. Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws and regulations. Staff supervision and team management experience. Payroll and/or HRIS management experience. SHRM certification. Social services/nonprofit experience and understanding of grant funded programming.

The Director of HR works onsite during regular business hours, with some schedule flexibility and hybrid schedule options available. Please note that this is not a fully remote position.
