Summary

Join our team as a Construction Foreman supporting projects in Bossier City at Barksdale Air Force Base.

This position involves the construction of electrical infrastructure and ESS devices (ACS, IDS, and CCTV) on 30’ Rohn towers that will be erected and equipment has to be installed on those towers.

Responsibilities

What You'll Get To Do:

• Schedule, supervise, and direct technicians and personnel on-site.

• Provide guidance and suggestions on assigned projects.

• Serve as the main point of contact between site workers and clients.

• Ensure accurate projections for project completion.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing construction projects and crew.

• Associate degree from an accredited institution, preferably in engineering or construction management.

• Completed OSHA-10 certification within the last five years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must possess good oral and written communication skills.
