The Part-Time Parts Admin job in the Hampden, Maine area is responsible for providing outstanding customer service, performing accounting tasks, and assisting with various needs.Youll have a solid understanding of how to ensure correct inventory and assist other departments with paperwork. This is a part-time, temp to hire position.

Part-Time Parts Admin Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent

  • Solid Office experience

  • Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

  • Must be punctual as attendance is important

  • Solid communication skills

  • Inventory and stocking experience highly preferred

  • Computer and MS Office skills highly preferred

  • Business casual setting

  • Attention to detail

Required Skills:

  • Solid office experience

  • Accounting experience highly preferred

Part-Time Parts Admin Details:

  • Schedule: Part-time Mornings preferred, possibly 3-5 days a week

  • Pay Rate: \$18-22/hr DOE

  • Start Date: ASAP
