Covenant Health PRACTICE OPERATIONS CLINICAL LEAD in Bangor, Maine

Position Summary: The Operations Clinical Lead works under a Manager, Operational Specialist, or Director and functions in a lead capacity for a group of clinical employees. The lead must work in support of the daily operations and associated projects and assignments and is responsible for scheduling and controlling the daily work arrangements for a group of clinical employees. Under the direction of the Manager, Operational Specialist, or Director of Operations, the lead provides oversight of the day-to-day aspects of a group of clinical employees within an assigned IMG provider practice. This position is responsible for scheduling and controlling the daily working arrangements of staff and monitoring the clinical protocols/workflows. The Practice Operational lead is responsible for clinical staff competencies, training, education and quality maintenance. This role will help ensure the necessary resources are available to support optimal clinical practice. This position also provides clinical project support for their assigned practice(s), which includes data gathering, workgroup participation and facilitation. The position will support process improvement related projects and partner with practice managers frequently to identify and address gaps in the process and improve workflows. This role combines the clinical and business aspects of health care to ensure the departments are running efficiently and providing quality patient care.

Education: Trade or Technical School (Certificate or diploma) MA Certification

Experience: 3 – 5 years

The starting rate for this position is:$20.52.

Rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position.
