Currently seeking per diem Housekeeping and Laundry Aides!

Daily we care for Maine’s Veteran heroes, their spouses and Gold Star parents. We offer state-of-the-art therapy programs and a compassionate, supportive team of skilled senior care professionals.

Description

Performs day to day laundry activities to include sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, delivering to residents in accordance with current federal, state and local regulations, also to perform housekeeping assignments as directed by housekeeping/laundry supervisor and administrator.

Required Experience:

• Previous housekeeping work experience is a plus

• Requires proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Ability to understand and respond to residents’ needs and inquiries in English is required.

• Ability to effectively understand and communicate verbally and in writing, in English, is required.

• Basic computer skills
