We are seeking a reliable and experienced level baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently preparing food products for our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Minimum 3-5 years of professional baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes and create consistent, high-quality baked goods
- Experience with bread, pastries, cakes, and other baked items
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cleaning procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Strong time management skills and ability to meet production deadlines
- Accurately measure and combine ingredients following recipes to create doughs, batters, and other bakery products.
- Operate ovens, mixers, and other bakery equipment to bake bread and other baked goods.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet the bakerys standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years\' experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery or a combination of experience and education in the culinary, baking, or pastry fields.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 pounds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
