TheCustomer Service Representativejob inOld Town, Maineis responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing refunds, making changes to orders as needed while working with vendors and clients as needed. Youll have a solid understanding of how to process field calls, faxes from retailers and perform service requests. This is a full time, temp to hire position.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent

• Customer service and phone line experience

• Ability to work well in a team environment and independently

• Must be punctual as attendance is important

• Solid communication skills

• Inventory and stocking experience highly preferred

• Computer and MS Office skills highly preferred

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Attention to detail

Required Skills:

• 1+ years experience in customer service

• MS Office proficiency required

Customer Service Representative Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm

• Pay Rate: \$16+/hr DOE

• Start Date: ASAP
