What You’ll Do:
Serve as the center for verbal communications for Andwell Health Partners for referral sources, internal and external customers while performing basic clerical tasks.
Clerical tasks include telephone, reception area, data entry and the use of office equipment such as copy/fax machine and postage machine.
Provide introductory information to new customers/ partners as needed.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
What You’ll Bring:
Strong, demonstrated computer skills with comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Excellent customer services and public relation skills
Ability to be a team player at all levels.
Organizational skills.
Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm, with an occasional start at 7:30, or staying until 5:00. Monday-Friday. Must participate in a holiday rotation.
