WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to:
Strategic Leadership:
Collaborate to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Advocate for the importance of data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data technologies.
Team Development:
Grow a high-performing Data & Analytics team skilled in data technologies and the modern data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, and Power BI.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
Mentor team members and support their professional development.
Operational Excellence:
Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our data infrastructure.
Oversee the management of data resources, optimizing for efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead cross-functional projects to improve data quality and accessibility.
Data Governance:
Establish technologies and enforce data governance policies and standards.
Promote data stewardship and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
Translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights.
Deliver compelling presentations that drive strategic business actions.
YOU HAVE:
Academic background in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related technical field
Previous experience in or with Minimum of 8 years of experience in data management, analytics, or business intelligence. Strong leadership skills with at least 5 years in a managerial role

Strong mentorship and coaching skills to foster team development.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
Proficient in presenting complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
