About This Role
The Training Centre Manager (TCM) role is site based and reports into the General Manager. The role will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of services and managing the interdependencies of service delivery.
Under a matrix organisation, the TCM works closely with capability streams and oversees the operational activities at every level of an organisation. This includes ensuring support from capability streams towards the effective management of operations, high level of standards when it comes to performance of the site and driving a positive CAE culture and behaviour.
This role will based full-time at the Multi-Purpose Training Centre in Brunei.
The role we are offering you
Drive and improve efficiency in all areas of the training centre
Working and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, internally or externally
Support the General Manager and Capability Managers in the delivery of our services
Take charge of entrusted projects
Responsible for identifying continuous improvement activities
Our ideal candidate has:
Tertiary degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science or related field
Strong operations management experience
Leadership and people management experience
Strong project or program management experience
