We are inviting applications for a Paralegal to join our team located in Baltimore County, Maryland. The role revolves around the provision of legal support to attorneys, primarily within the realms of estate planning and administration. This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities including legal research, drafting documents, and client management.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting various legal documents including estate planning and administration documents, engagement letters, summary letters, and transfer letters.

• Managing the preparation and filing of legal documents.

• Conducting comprehensive legal research to support case preparation.

• Ensuring the smooth organization and management of client data.

• Providing excellent customer service and support to clients.

• Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.

• Witnessing and managing document signing processes.

• Applying for necessary permissions from Federal, State & Local agencies.

• Assisting in the drafting of correspondence as needed.

• Utilizing skills in Estate Planning, Probate & Estate Administration, Wills, Power of attorney, and Advance Directives to fulfill job responsibilities.

Requirements

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a law firm - preferably some exposure to Estates & Trusts

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Patient and client focussed
