Service Intake Specialists play a pivotal role in our Service Department, ensuring seamless communication and workflow between our clients and internal teams. POSITION OVERVIEW

  • Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle/customer information for repairs, including invoicing.

  • Assist the Service Department with phone calls and support the service advisor at the desk.

  • Document customers’ vehicle issues and maintenance needs accurately.

  • Obtain customer signatures on repair orders and provide copies to customers.

  • Ensure compliance with International and vendor policies, and maintain proper documentation on repair orders.

  • Apply relevant items to repair orders, document all repairs, and ensure technicians’ comments are precise.

  • Update customers on repair progress and status changes, and work with the accounting office on account issues and credits.

  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism, file necessary documentation, and manage payment methods and vehicle security.

Requirements

GENERAL WORK QUALITIES REQUIRED

  • Team player with a strong commitment to customers and the service team.

  • Self-motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Sensitive to customer needs and attentive listening skills.

  • Professional demeanor with a High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Familiar with basic computer skills.

SCHEDULE:

  • Full-time

  • 8-hour shift

  • Day shift

  • Monday to Friday

  • In Person
