Purpose of Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr. Technology Adoption and Enablement Specialist to support our IT/digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating eLearning content, have a strong background in instructional design, and possess excellent training and video editing skills. This role will focus on leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences and support the organization’s digital transformation efforts.

The Sr. Technology Adoption and Enablement Specialist will plan and implement training programs and workshops in a way that is engaging and meaningful to our user base. They are an evangelist and promoter of our IT services offering.

The primary responsibility is to create and implement IT training strategies and adoption plans that maximize employee usage and education, while minimizing resistance. This individual will work to foster a competitive edge as we work to use all our tools, boost confidence, and allow for team building. The Sr. Technology Adoption and Enablement Specialist owns the Global Technology portion of Preseason training and lead Global Technology onboarding. These improvements will increase employee engagement, productivity, retention, and commitment to Under Amour’s mission.

Your Impact

• Leverage technology to enhance learning experiences and improve knowledge retention.

• Develop a repository to host all training material/coursework that can be referenced by trainees.

• Lead global IT onboarding, including creating and delivering training content, aligning with global onboarding leaders, and assessing success of onboarding curriculum through defined metrics.

• Own the Global Technology portion of Preseason Training by ensuring presenter preparedness and updating the global material based on technology updates.

• Create engaging and interactive eLearning content using software such as Articulate 360 and stay updated on the latest eLearning trends and technologies to continuously improve training programs.

• Design and develop digital training materials, including videos, interactive modules, and quizzes.

• Produce high-quality training videos by recording, editing, and integrating multimedia elements.

• Utilize the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) instructional design model to create effective training programs or similar methodologies.

• Work closely with the Digital Adoption Lead and other stakeholders to ensure training aligns with digital adoption strategies and organizational goals.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and validate training materials.

• Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs, and improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.

• Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on new technologies and digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field

• 5+ years proven experience in creating eLearning content using Articulate 360 or similar software.

• Proven experience in creating eLearning content using Articulate 360 or similar software.

• Strong video editing skills with experience using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or similar.

• Demonstrated experience in applying the ADDIE instructional design model.

• Experience as an instructor or trainer, preferably in a technology-focused role.

• Strong understanding of leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Certification in change management or project management (e.g., Prosci, PMP) is a • Understanding of cultural differences and experience working in a global context.

Base Compensation

$76,084.00 - $104,614.40 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
