About This Position

The Sales Intelligence & Insights team seeks a creative problem-solver passionate about crafting insightful visualizations. We value independent decision-making and limitless curiosity. As part of an industry-leading revenue enablement group, our team equips sellers with the compelling insights they need to excel in their roles through high-impact, intelligent actions.

On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Analyst, Data Analytics will join disparate data sources, perform analysis, build and maintain dashboards that visualize complex data to deliver valuable insights that drive business decisions. In this role you will also perform data reviews, report updates, basic quantitative analysis, quality assurance, and project document editing. Much of your work will be done by manipulating data sets in Alteryx and Excel, conducting exploratory analysis in Salesforce or external data portals, and delivering results through user-friendly Tableau dashboards. A great fit for this role can communicate and collaborate across many different teams, has a knack for troubleshooting, and familiarity with data structure, relational and non-relational databases, and data optimization techniques.

Prior experience in the financial sector is beneficial but not required: we will teach you the key concepts of asset management and sales enablement.

Role Summary

Conducts moderately complex analyses and evaluates data and reporting to deliver functional analytics or business insights. Develops advanced data visualizations to assist business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently supports assigned area with advanced, complex statistical and quantitative analyses. In partnership with business subject matter experts, leads development of statistical modeling and quantitative analysis projects. Serves as a resource to less experienced team members in development of methodologies and techniques.

  • Validates and reviews results to ensure they address identified business needs.

  • Prepares visualizations and delivers results to management and/or other leaders. In partnership with business subject matter experts, provides recommendations for addressing observed outcomes. Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences.

  • Leads cross-functional groups to define requirements. Oversees internal and external business partners in the execution of the plan. Stays abreast of changes in the market to identify opportunities for improved analytical capabilities and methods. Drafts project plans, use cases, user stories, or business cases.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience

FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days per week from home.

Regional Requirements:

Base salary range:

$91,500 -$156,500 USD

For the location of:

Colorado

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
