The Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst (BA)is responsible for the management and development the Salesforce platform as well as ensuring full utilization and customization of the platform to match and support business goals. TheSalesforce Administrator and BAwill review and analyze business processes and provide solutions to improve user experience and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce System Support and Maintenance

o Perform system maintenance and configuration, including user set up, roles, profiles, groups, and permission sets, complex flows and validation rules, custom objects, and fields.

o Advise on system enhancements.

o Monitor and analyze site metrics, system performance, and user activity.

o Perform new release evaluations and execute new functionality rollouts.

o Regularly audit data to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements.

o Develop complex reports and dashboards to support the delivery of key business metrics.

o Deliver effective training modules and user guides.

o Develop subject matter expertise and capabilities across the business.

• Business Analysis

o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements.

o Analyze and consolidate information to develop solutions to ensure business requirements are achieved.

o Partner with stakeholders to identify how business requirements can be delivered to ensure improved user experiences and reduced cost and or time impacts.

o Provide expert support to business users in managing systems and process changes.

o Provide expert advice on application solutions.

o Produce functional, technical and system design documentation.

o Create test scenarios for applications and enhancements.

o Facilitate testing of Salesforce rollouts.

o Interact with third party vendors and developers where appropriate.

o Research, evaluate and recommend innovative technologies to support business needs.

o Other responsibilities as directed by the Application Manager or Director of Information Technology.

Key Competencies and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, OR 4 years' experience in relevant field.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification Required
• 1+ years Salesforce setup and configuration
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle
• Desired

o 1+ years business analyst or project management experience

o Experience working for a non-profit organization
