Summary About the Position: Serves as a Senior Reality Specialist within the Real Estate Division, responsible for the full range of real estate matters. Responsibilities Demonstrate master level of federal real estate practices involving a variety of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Negotiate complex land acquisition and leasing actions in support of Real Estate stakeholders and client agencies. Apply project management principles, methods, and tools for developing, scheduling, coordinating, evaluating, and managing project resources and schedules both internal and external to USACE. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower level (GS-11) in Federal government that included: 1) Perform real estate actions that apply technical expertise of real estate principles, policies or methodologies; 2) oversee a variety of real estate functions such as planning, acquisition, relocations, mapping, appraisals, leases, easements, licenses or permits; 3) managing project workloads to include schedule and budget oversight; and 4) provide guidance on real estate issues, policies and changes that impact real estate projects.
