Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Supervisor

Location: Baltimore, MD

Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000

What's the Job?

• Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting as necessary to meet production schedules.

• Identify and communicate opportunities for process optimization and reduce/eliminate repeat deficiencies.

• Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed and recorded as required.

• Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs and upgrades to production equipment.

• Oversee and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.

What's Needed?

• At least 2-5 years of increasingly responsible production supervision or management experience in a food processing industry.

• High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Management, Food Science, or a related discipline preferred.

• Experience in the meat or associated perishable food processing industry is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, to communicate effectively with other employees.
