ManpowerGroup Production Supervisor in Baltimore, Maryland
Our client, a leader in the food production industry, is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting production efficiency and quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Baltimore, MD
Pay Range: $55,000 - $65,000
What's the Job?
Manage production line/department by establishing procedures and adjusting as necessary to meet production schedules.
Identify and communicate opportunities for process optimization and reduce/eliminate repeat deficiencies.
Ensure daily reporting is accurately completed and recorded as required.
Coordinate with maintenance team for timely repairs and upgrades to production equipment.
Oversee and lead the production team, providing guidance, training, and support.
What's Needed?
At least 2-5 years of increasingly responsible production supervision or management experience in a food processing industry.
High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Management, Food Science, or a related discipline preferred.
Experience in the meat or associated perishable food processing industry is preferred.
Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, to communicate effectively with other employees.
