A post-doctoral research position is available immediately in Dr. J-Y Wang's lab at the Department of Surgery inUniversity of Maryland School of Medicine. The main research interest is to investigate the role of post-transcriptional gene regulation in maintaining gut mucosa integrity under various surgical stresses. Ideal candidate will have expertise in basic molecular and cellular biology techniques, mammalian cell culture, and work with animal models.
