Our client is seeking an Operations Support professional to manage incoming and outgoing paperwork, including mail and facsimiles, while supporting client service associates and operational staff. Key duties include verifying the accuracy of inbound client documents, tracking account activities, and submitting forms for final processing to the service center. Outbound communication with clients via written and verbal channels may also be required.

Ideal candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in MS Word and database systems, and knowledge of the financial services industry. This role requires the ability to prioritize tasks, learn quickly, and independently handle multiple detailed responsibilities with strong problem-solving capabilities. Flexibility and adaptability in task assignments are essential for success.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Duties may include: Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork including mail and facsimiles; support client service associates and operational personnel; checking inbound client documents for accuracy, notating all activities on the account, and submitting accurate forms for final processing to service center; make outbound contact both in writing and verbally with clients concerning paperwork.

Requires ability to define and prioritize project activities and follow-up on project progress; strong written and verbal communication skills, strong working knowledge and proficiency in the appropriate computer programs such as MS Word and database input is essential, knowledge of financial services field. Must be able to learn quickly and to engage in a number of detailed tasks at once. Must have strong flexibility in regard to the duties assigned and problem solving skills, be able to work independently.
