Purpose of Role

The Lead GTM Operations works with the regions, channels and functions across the organization to manage the global go-to-market process, ensuring successful seasonal product and marketing launches. This role will drive cross-functional execution against GTM strategies, through the development, optimization and consistent delivery against scalable processes and operational rhythms with providing streamlined communication and coordination across all functional areas.

Your Impact

⦁ Responsible for understanding the end-to-end GTM process from concept to sell-through including all critical interdependencies cross-functionally and cross-regions.

⦁ Work directly with the assigned GTM leads in Product Creation, Merchandising, Marketing, Regions, Channels, Planning, Supply Chain, Innovation, Consumer Insights, to convert the GTM strategies into cross-functional and global execution.

⦁ Identify areas of optimization and continuous improvement within GTM process.

⦁ Responsible for updating process documentation, creating templates, etc.

⦁ Recommend change management plans and implement new processes into functions and regions as needed.

⦁ Identify & coordinate needs for Milestone Events & Presentations.

⦁ Document actions & follow-up for GTM gates and key milestones.

⦁ Conduct post-mortem sessions to discuss any recommendations for next season.

⦁ Ad-hoc projects to support GTM function as needed.

Qualifications

⦁ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

⦁ 5-7 years of global experience within Product, Marketing, Merchandising, Sales, Planning, Operations, Consulting for consumer goods (knowledge within multiple functions preferred)

⦁ Project Management: Proven cross functional business process and project management experience. Develops project plans; Coordinates projects; Communicates changes and progress; Completes projects on time and budget; Manages project team activities

⦁ Outstanding people and relationship skills and ability to interact with different levels of a cross-functional, international organization, consultative and collaborative style

⦁ Highly organized and ability to prioritize & meet multiple deadlines in compressed timeframe situations with attention to detail

⦁ Pragmatic problem solver with a strategic process and solutions-oriented enterprise mindset

⦁ Strong working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

Base Compensation

$108,996.00 - $149,868.40 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
