The Department of Orthopaedics at the University of Maryland School of Medicine is seeking an extramurally funded investigator for an exciting opportunity within the Division of Musculoskeletal Sciences. Expected rank for this position will be Assistant Professor or higher, however, final rank and tenure status will be commensurate with selected candidate’s experience. Qualifications: Ph.D. and/or M.D. with significant experience collaborating in an interdisciplinary research setting, background in physiology and pathophysiology of bone, cartilage, tendon, stem cells, or skeletal muscles at the molecular, cellular, tissue, and organism levels.
