Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Clean Room Operator to join our team. In this role, you will pull parts off of an injection mold machine, perform secondary operations with specific instructions using a variety of tools, label and package parts as they are molded. You must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions accurately.

PAY: $17

Essential Skills

• Experience in operation, assembly, and general production.

• Knowledge of clean room procedures.

• Ability to operate injection mold machines.

• Experience in medical assembly and machine operation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 0-6 months of manufacturing experience.

• Willingness to learn.

• Punctual and reliable.

Work Environment

Our facility is clean, well-lit, and temperature-controlled, providing a comfortable work environment. As a clean room manufacturing company, employees must follow specific attire guidelines including wearing gowns, no jewelry or makeup, booties, masks, and safety glasses. The schedule operates on a 2/2/3 shift rotation with 12-hour shifts from either 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. We offer flexibility with shifts and provide differentials for various shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of BALDWIN, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
