MIG Welder(B-Shift):
Overview

As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding metal components according to specifications and blueprints. Responsibilities
Perform MIG welding on various metals and alloys.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications for welding.
Set up welding equipment and ensure it is properly maintained and operational.
Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and conformity to requirements.
Collaborate with team members on projects and assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
Adhere to industry standards and safety regulations while performing welding tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent plus technical training or equal experience
- Minimum 6 months of welding experience in a manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read and understand welding drawings
- Must be able to read, evaluate, and respond to product specifications and drawings and perform normal math calculations easily
- Must be detail, quality, and team-oriented
- Must be able to walk and stand throughout a ten (10) hour day
- Must be able to safely lift 50 pounds
- Must be a self-starter and continued self-motivator
- Demonstrate a high level of work ethic
B-Shift hours are as follows:
Training period hours 6:00 am- 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday
After training B Shift hours are - 6:00 am- 6:30 pm Friday-Sunday (36 hours)
Shift differential will be +$5.00/hr. when moved to B-Shift (6:00 am- 6:30 pm Friday-Sunday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
