Superintendent: Solar Energy Storage

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• Lead and manage energy storage electrical construction projects from initiation to completion

• Adhere to project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress against key milestones and performance metrics

• Mentor assistant superintendents, craft personnel, and other junior level employees

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources

• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets project specifications and industry standards

• Enforce and promote a culture of safety by implementing and enforcing company standards and OSHA policies, procedures, and guidelines

• Assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and training to develop team members' skills and capabilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing energy storage work including NFPA 70e and IEEE and NEC standards

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 5 years of work-related experience in energy storage, electrical construction, substation, data center, or related field

• Leadership of craft

• OSHA 30-hour construction safety certification

This is a traveling opportunity - jobsites are in Arizona, New Mexico and California

Pay ranges from $110-135/yr

Per diem paid for all travel

Work to hire long term permanent position.
